Default studio lighting instructional dvd/video

Does any one know of a dvd, video that deals withthe fundementals of seting up a studio lighting set-up whether it be a 3 or 4 light set-up that would teach the basics of setting lights?

Will Crockett from ShootSmarter.com - Home has a few DVD's on portrait lighting that are pretty good. He has Basics and Level 2 and Christopher Grey has the 3rd in the series.

I have Will Crockett's "Digital Portraiture Basics, level 1" and it is excellent. If I remember correctly, many of the Shootsmarter videos are downloadable. The other video that I have is fellow Camellion, Ben Jones (Benji). Photographing the High School Senior Girl In the New Millennium. I would rate both of these choices as excellent.

Not a DVD, but, check out the thread right here "Jimmyz lighting technique", thread was started by KellyL I believe.

Ok, you can get some free lessons at Photoflex Lighting School. Yes they are featuring their products, at least they are up front about that.

Can you provide a link? I have read his stuff in the tutorials section (VERY detailed and good), but nowhere do I remember him mentioning the DVD.
