Default poly-canvas what? any good?

I saw some "poly-canvas" backdrops on e-bay and wondered if anyone has tried these? I'm mostly interested in the white and don't want to waste my money if they aren't worth it.

I bought a black one on ebay last year. It does the job and wasn't too pricey. I bought a 10' length of wooden handrail at Lowe's to attach it to, drilled a couple of holes in the ends and it's ready to use.
