FWA, Fort Wayne, Indiana is about 20 miles straight north. The airport is on the south side of Fort Wayne. Super easy to find Bluffton, just two right turns from the airport!

Thank you, Sir.

Now it really gives us an opportunity to check air fares. With the price of gas going crazy, I wonder if its worth it to take a cab or rent a car? By us, there was an article in the NY Daily News about a local gas station that has listed $4.19 for regular. In the neighborhood, we all know that this station is a rip off but to see it listed in the papers for being the highest price around including several others is mind bogling. Most stations by us are about $3.85 to $3.87.

Up until yesterday was paying that for diesel until it jumped .20 overnight.

12 Hour trip from here to Ben's door. Around 400.00 in fuel (round trip) to do it. Which so far (barring any last minute specials) has been cheaper than air fare ... for now. Who knows what fuel prices will be in September.

I want one of those ten spots - maybe I should just pay for it and if things fall through ... Ben will let me trade it for a sitting fee.
