Default non olympus dedicated flash instructions

just bought two promaster ftd 7000 flashes and they are gently used.one is canon dedicated and one is nikon dedicated.the price was right and would like to know if they can be used with olympus e300 cameras in manual mode and if so how.thanks to everyone so much.I was using two vivitar 285s but they were about wore out
