I would've guessed slightly more than 11x20, something like 15x24 or 27.

My future studio will be 12x15 (4x5 meters), hope that's big enough.

You might be able to put a Bogen Autopoll system in there for seamless paper, however it might be a little tight,..you may have to hack-saw off a good foot from one end of the roll so you can still have a decent amount of room to place your stands on the sides..

Have fun shooting in your new studio!
