Default YESTERDAY's PHOTO SHOOT

Let me know what you think. One light with a 20 degree honeycomb on it, placed the light directly above the model. Was hoping to capture her beauty in a dramatic fashion. Thanks in advance.
Mark

Perhaps fashion and models would be a better place for this.

I'm no lighting expert but her forehead looks a little 'blown' to me .

No offense MI. When I first saw the image it looked perfect for the other forum. I did not read anything about asking for advice either. Just how you placed your lighting.

I like the dramatic lighting. I think you actually need the lighting to be a little tighter (a narrower spot) or closer to your subject, as too much light is falling on the (awkwardly placed) front shoulder. The emphasis should be the face. The forehead is indeed a little "hot", but that's not too big of a deal to me.

Regards,
Dan

I like it. You might use one more light, back 45degrees on the head and arm to give it a little more seperation from the background.

Gregg
