Default Sand Sculptures (8 pics!)

Inspired by "Another Place" post by Paul, this is a short preview of sand sculptures created during summer Sand Sculpture Festival in Haifa. Most are 2-3 m. high and were created during 1 week of the festival by international artists. I was impressed specialy by the expresiveness of some of them. Pitty their life span is very short... Had to fight high contrast (summer midday), so I kept pictures a little bit flat in order to preserve details. Shot with D100.

I have a friend here that does this. She used to do it at Sea World now she does it on her own. She also created a form of SandArt Painting.
