Another little walk today. Tried a few techniques in PP.
Thanks to everyones comments in my other post. Hopefully I'm starting to catch on.

This is a nice starting point. I like the composition, although some will tell you that the horizon is too central (I don't have an opinion on that). What I'd try is to get the sky darker. Was it blue? If yes, try to bring down the blues in the channel mixer.

Cedric is right on the horizon, but it isn't in the center, so it passes for me. Everything above the horizon is wasted in this image. Much to bright and blah. Try to play with it like Cedric suggested. The rest is really good stuff.

Thanks Guys. Yes I agree the top half is rather bland, but unfortunately there wasn't a cloud in the sky that day.
