Here I am lol..... I tell ya what, I'm giving you the Sunrise / Sunset Fortitude Photography Award of the Year thus far!!! You Do Hang with it, and I THINK THATS GREAT!! I always preach that, but I don't practice what I preach in the category of Sun Rise/Set Shots..

If you notice I posted a few here this week myself... I gave it a try simply because of the amount of these shots being posted.... I just can't do it, I'm Never Happy with any of the ones I take... Like I said in my thread, its not that I don't have a great sunrise to work with , its me not working it... ok enough, Larry, I DO RESPECT THE FACT THAT YOU ARE HANGING WITH THIS, I think that is GREAT!!!

I agree with the others here you have a good position for that Bi Bee Ba Big Ba baaaa BIG BALL. I think the color is in fact beautiful.. .. I also think if this was mine , it would be a pano type, with a crop about 1 inch above those two streaking clouds, just above the Bi Bee Ba Big Ball.

Now by popular opinion, everyone thinks I'm going to say something about the Ball, Well your all wrong on this one, I am not even going to mention how a highlighted ball in a landscape just turns me off.... lol.

Larry, You want to be a Sunrise /sunset shooter,and its plain to see , and you are MAKING PROGRESS, I think your determination WILL WIN OUT!! Stay with it!

Hi Larry, I agree with NEM 100%, andI too would love to get this sunrise/sunset shooting technique right. Here in Ozz we get magnificent sunups and sundowns - its just capturing them is the hard bit. Keep posting, I'll try and do the same.

Hey there Tom, well, by yimminy I'm going to print this out and frame it! Not my pic, but the prestigious sunrise/sunset fortitude...award...well, that one! Man, that's cool! You got beautiful snow, and great looking streams and beautiful snow laden graceful trees wistfully displaying the delicate colors of the sky reflecting off the snow and I got......sunsets. Well, they are purdy sometimes and like FrankH said, it was one of those moments....! Have a good one!...... p.s. Thanks Nigel, what a beautiful country Ozz must be!
