Default Smokeys, Bears, and a Big Nosed Horse

Here's a couple of pictures from my trip to the Smokey Mountains. We spent about 4 days doing nothing but photography. Ended up with around 20gb's of RAW images. Gonna be editing for a while. Thanks....Chris

Quite a nice series. #8 seems to work the best to me.

Really nice group of shots. I also just returned and the color was in patches and a real lack of water in the streams, both due to the drought. Having said that you maximized opportunities with close ups, sunset, great bear and deer pics! Nice job and I look forward to more.

Hey, thanks guys. Padre you are so right. The color was not spectacular everywhere. We had to pick and choose our battles. The drought really hurt this area.
There are sooooo many people there! It's like driving in the city at times. But, we were napping at the cabin while most of the tourists were out driving. Thanks...Chris

Being a fan of the Great Smokeys I enjoyed the whole series. But the closeup of the one red leaf is a notch above!!
