I bet that's Greenlakes State Park. Been there a couple times a week for 4 years, great place for photos. I'm trying to get more of the green from the lake in my photos. Will post one when I get what I am looking for.

Yes, It's green Lakes. Best way to get the green color is to find a high vantage point and take the shot from there.
