Boy some dark clouds up there!!
Out of curiousity, how many images did you stitch and with what program? Looks really good w/o the banding that I am having trouble with - especially adjacent sky.

I don't recall exactly how many shots but it was at least 5. Things that I have found that can cause banding are obviously exposure but also white balance. When I do panos I set the camera to manual exposure and manual white balance. I also make sure there is plenty of overlap for the program to work with. I use the pano stiching tool in Photoshop Elements.

I would bet that is it. Also be careful if you are shooting RAW that you "develop" each shot the same way (i.e. WB, Exposure comp, etc). Good luck!!
