Thanks for the warm fuzzies. I did,. shot the fountain over three days, with shutter speeds less than 1/5sec, this was the best I got(first photo). Slower and I got washouts. I'll be going back in the spring for another try. Appreciate the suggestion. Most of the time I shoot with EV bracketted.

you can try ND filter that can help too do you have any kind of filter holder?
like Cokin or others
