Hello,
Just back from a holiday in France over the Christmas break.
Coming down from the Ardeche highlands above the small town of Bourg Saint Andeol, the foggy "Rhone Valley" appears. Mont Vantoux can be seen in the distance.
It is an early painterly morning and the low land is covered in a thick blanket of fog.




I hope some of you will like the simplicity of the shot.
Nikon D300 s + Nikkor 85 mm f1.8

The long side is full sensor.
Wish I had a long telephoto lens for this winter trip as every morning there were good such opportunities in that area, but had to travel light.

Hi Gilles, For many this is a wonderful capture. But your Wild Horses of Alberta are more to my taste and liking. You have some great pictures in that gallery.

Gorgeous image. Love the subtlety of it. The thick black frame round it is too heavy though and doesn't suit the elegance of the image.
