Sunset Lightning

Hi, I am no expert, really only just learning, but having looked at the origional picture compared with the HDR I think you have captured it all in your picture, I think it is beautiful and well timed, the HDR just seems to take away that element of a well timed,and captured photo. I must say I like the effort on the HDR...but dosn't quite meet the mark as your shot. also love that detail in the lightning!

Geo-- That's a gorgeous shot! It makes me wish I lived in a place that had lightning storms! (And I prefer the "as shot" rather than the HDR, but both are great).

Thank you so much...I was a lucky girl to get this shot....I'll never forget how excited I was to have captured it....Makes me into a storm chaser lol.

cool shot, I also prefer the original but I might try to capture some detail in the lower region of the photograph,, a very cool shot none the less !!
