that picture is natural, havent touched it. the lights are so bright that they light up the sky pretty good.i believe it was a 4 sec exposure?i cant remember now ... i have another one over looking the city that ill post, thanks for your comments

EXIF says 6 seconds exposure on both.

thanks alot! the 1st one was taken from Kowloon area in Hong Kong and the 2nd one was taken from a lookout point where you can take a really steep trolly ride, really fun overlooking Hong Kong
