How cute! lol.

I'd like to see more distance between him and the background, to try to blur it a little more and to decrease the dark shadow. Light on his face looks good to me.

Also maybe a slight dark vignette would finish this nicely.

That is an expression that not only will a Mom love (I know I'm a Mom .. but it's one that ought to sell a lot of portraits !

Good job capturing the happy baby . The colors all work well together, nice setup.

I agree 1000% about having more space between him and the background, unfortunately that's all the space we had to work with as the background is actually a baby blanket. lol

We have just started doing studio work so our selection of backgrounds is pretty limited right now, I am trying to expand them but man does it get expensive!

I really should have repositioned the kicker light to decrease the shadows on the background but it's pretty reflective and I wanted to work fast while he was in such a good mood. Live and learn

I never think about using vignettes for some reason but that's definitely worth a try, I will go play around with that some.

I really appreciate your comments, you always seem to point out something relevant for me to improve next time.
