Default horsey girl picks up camera....
I joined the group a few days ago, but only just found this intro bit!!

been a happy snapper for many years but decided to take it to the next step over the summer. borrowed a friend's Nikon D70 over the summer and bought my own D300 just over a month ago so am so excited about learning all i can.

i am open to all advise/help/comments that will improve my techniques and understanding. the forum so far has been a mass of super knowledgeable people that have given me some really good tips and advice. Thank you.
