Hello from Pittsburgh, PA
And yes, I'm a Steelers fan!!
I have always been interested in photography, until recently I had never taken the time to truly dedicate myself to this hobby. A few months back, after reading many reviews, I purchased a Nikon D40. I figured the D40 would be a great "starter/beginner" camera. I'm very happy with my purchase. I just need to invest more time in using it. I"m currently reading the book "Life's Guide to Digital Photography" and let me tell you that I am learning a lot! There's not doubt I will be learning even more from all of you. In the short time I've been browsing this forum, I must say that I am impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of all members. And the bonus, you guys like to have FUN! Yay!!
