Where do you store your lenses to change them out or anything extra you might need? I didn't see those options on the site... might be missing something or link?

Hey there! ...I have my Spyder belt set up to carry two cameras, My D3X on my left hip with my 70-200 and then my D3S on my right hip with one of my wide angles... I usually find that covers most situations...There is a small clip accessory that allows you to clip on and off your flash as well. You feel a bit like the lone ranger at a shoot out , but it balances you nicely...also makes for a pretty wide footprint, but you can always walk sideways, lol
