Question Resizing in Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2

I've been given the following instructions, to resize? some images for submission to an art magazine. How do I accomplish this in Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. Do I resize? Does dpi determine the resolution? How do I retain the same aspect ratio? Where can I select the CMYK format? Thank you in advance for any assistance. JT

"Instructions for Formatting and Submitting Digital Images
1. Provide two versions of each image; one in low-resolution and one in high-resolution.
2. The low-res images should be in JPG format at about 75 dpi.
3. The high-res images should be in TIFF format at about 350-400 dpi, and saved in CMYK format."

Image...Resize will give you the first two. You can resize the image, keep the aspect ratio, and change the DPI all from that screen.

To save as a TIFF, resize per the requirements and then File...Save AS. Select TIFF and select your CMYK format.
