Can someone please help me
When I'm tryiing to save to file in LR2, I end up with this page outline around my image. I am ONLY trying to save the image with the black frame. I've been messing around for the last 4 hrs trying to figure this out, even watched a few tutorials on Adobe and still can't get it right I did one time and can not remember what or how I did it![]() Here's an example of what i'm trying NOT to have it look like, I just want the image with the balck frame, when I export it, it works except that I don't get the frame or the text?? ![]() Thanks __________________

How are you "saving to file" in LR2?
If the image is open, or selected in the filmstrip on the bottom, I use "File - Export" (Shift-Ctrl-E). A dialog will open and you can set options in there fro what and how to "export" the file, which is actually saving a copy. You might be using the Print Module, adding a border, and then "printing to a JPG file". If so, that will add the white paper similar to what you have here.... |

Add your border as you were doing. Make sure your "paper margins" are all set to ZERO (Layout section of Print Module). The "Cell Size" (also in Layout) needs to be the same size as the "paper" that you can specify towards the bottom of the right side panel. The paper size should be the same ratio as the image is. And if you get something like you have above, reverse the numbers so it is landscape instead of portrait.... |

After all your suggestions, it was rather simple![]() here is how to do it for nyone else that might be checking this thread out ![]() Under the Print Module do the following: Click Picture Package Check the Zoom To Fill box Check the Inner Strokebox & apply the thickness Make sure the print to JPEG is selected Check the box for Custom File Dimensions Then just drag the borders around to eliminate the white Click PRINT and save to your file of choice and then re-size if necessary I sure hope this makes sense Here is the style of PictureI was attempting to obtain and finally got it:![]() |
