Hello,
I'm guessing most of you know this, but I *thought* I knew and just found out how much worse it could be. I recently replaced my aging G5 PowerMac tower with a new iMac. At the same time I also replaced my old 19in LCD with the iMac's screen. Now the iMac's screen is by no means a professional photographic monitor, but the difference with my old one is night and day. I've been forced to retouch many of my photos because of mistakes and errors I couldn't even see on my old screen. Lesson I've learned: even if your old 2-4 years LCD is still sharp, bright and devoid of dead pixels, it still could be time to update it. Hope this will help some of you! Loa __________________
