I have a few hundred wedding pics that I want to convert to 6x4 jpegs @ 300ppi. Unfortunately, when I processed and cropped the pics I didn't set the resolution, so now I have several hundred pics in landscape and portrait at various ppi settings.
What I need now is a method of batch resizing which will give me 6x4 jpegs @ 300ppi. I DO know how to do this if all the pics are the same orientation, but is there a way to do it when the pics are mixed up. The purpose of this is to put the pics on a CD in such a way that the client can reprint the pics herself straight from the CD in the future without having to use any software. Russel Brown's 1-2-3 Processor has even more options that the Image Processor script (he wrote that one too). The Russell Brown Show.

John, thank you very much for that information. I just upgraded to CS3 on my Mac G5. I followed your instructions, and they worked like a charm. Like many people, I get in a rut. I learn to do things a certain way, and I stick to it, no matter how inconvenient it might be. Thanks for making my life a little easier tonight!

Some scripts don't work strait out of Bridge, so you have to create an action that runs the script, and batch that. Thankfully the Image Processor and 1-2-3 Process aren't one of the problem children.
