Default PS Elements 4.0 - borders...please help!!

This is one of those dumb problems I face again and again...as I can never remember how I fixed it last time.

I am trying to "modify" the "layer style / Inner glow / radioactive." I know there is a control panel ****somewhere**** that let's me modify the variables for the width and/or intensity of this frame of sorts...but cannot, for the life of me, figure out where that is. I have done this several times before...and it's always the same process of cryptically searching all the options in the program before I randomly find it....

Please....oh, please, give me a shortcut for adjustments of this item....it's driving me mad!
