Default Action not working correctly in CS3

I'm having an odd problem with an Action that I have made in PS CS3. I am making a calendar for a racing body, and I want to put my logo and the racing body's logo on each of the images used in the calendar. I record the action with out any problems, but when I run it, it does not do what I recorded.

This is what the image looks like after I finish recording the actions (ignore the black border in this one)...

This is what I get if I run the action on the same base image...

I have all the files used in the action set to the same Color Profile, same Resolution, and same file type (tiff). I can't figure out why it turns out differently then when I build the Action.

My zip file is to large to upload to the site, but if anyone is kind enought to give it a try for me, it can be down loaded off of my site, here.

Thanks for any help!!

Hi Mobo

Had a look at your action, I think your problem may be the move layer commands, if you use the 'align layer to selection' command and set it to the lower most corners, then nudge them into place, your action will follow those rules every time and place your logos in exactly the same place for any size or shape photo.
Hope I have explained this ok.

Thanks Wayne. I've never used the 'align layer to selection' before...I'll give it a try and see how it works.

Russel Brown has some hints on how to do this in CS2. It probably translates well to CS3.
