I have upgraded to the new LR 1.1 and have noticed I have no way to delete photos from LR or my hard drive as before in LR1.
Am I missing something or has it been taken out? ![]() __________________

I've been using it just a few days, but I just hit delete and then choose delete from the choices.

When I go to the develop module, I make a right mouse click and get a menu to delete an image from lightroom or even from disk:

I've been having trouble with this download version for some reason.
There is no delete when I right click, either in library or in the develope mode. I had delete in both modes with the first version. Appears I do not have everyting yet. |

I just hit the X key which marks an image for deletion. Then in the future when I'm in the folder, I press Cmd (Ctrl) + Delete and LR asks if I want to remove from the library or the disk.
I think you can also press Option (Alt) + Delete and they're deleted immediately but I'm not sure if you have to be in the library or not. |

The first two FAQs at Adobe's support page are keyboard shortcut PDFs. I don't know if you have to be logged on there to see these:

Tomrock, Rense, Stormdancing, thanks for your replys; what I am seeing is I have to be in the folders part of the navigation section to delete a photo for library. I can not delete if I have called a photo up with a keyword.
How do you find a phot to delete it, if you have called it up in keyword but have to go back to the folders part, find the photo and then delete it usind a right mouse click to find delete. Is this the same with everyones? Tomrock, yous is probably the best, marke for deletion with an x and delete all the bad ones later. __________________
