Default Batch Watermark

Can anyone recomend a good easy to use watermark program. I use the brush in photoshop, but I already have a lot of photos that need watermarking, so I need something that will batch watermark as well. I have downloaded Batch Watermark Creator but am not overly impressed with it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I remember that our very own Jon detailed how to do it with a Photoshop action, but I don't remember what thread it was in.... I'm sad to say I never got around to trying the directions.

Try running a search on batch watermarking ("batch + watermark" or something similar); I'll take a look when I get a chance too.

Porta the gallery program has a neat batch utlity, but it's imbedded in the gallery itself.

It does create a folder though of your images that you can pull your files from with the watermark intact.

Russel Brown has an excellent video tutorial that shows how to do this: http://av.adobe.com/russellbrown/BrandingSM.mov

the video did not run, was it on how to turn your brush into a watermark tool ? If so I am already doing this thanks to the directions on another thread. So now when I process a photo to go on the web I use that tool. But for the photos that I already have done I want to watermark them using a batch watermark.

No, it uses paths. The video works fine for me - you'll need Quicktime plugin to play it.

You can try this too:
photoSIG » Batch Watermark Images With Different Dimensions/Orientations

It uses ImageReady actions.

I am trying a program alled BATCH PHOTO FACTORY, it lets me put borders, resize as well as batch watermark as many files at once as I need, so far so good.

If you already have Photoshop, it does all that too. You record the actions once in ImageReady and then create a droplet. Move the droplet to say, your desktop, and then drag a whole image directory to the icon on your desktop. It will perform the actions to all the images in the directory.

I also looked for an outside program before finding the information for Photoshop. Once I discovered what it could do, it was easy to play with.

My current droplet, resizes and sharpens images, rotates the orientation, and then places a watermark.
