Red face LightShadow: A new Photoshop plugin exclusively for PhotoCamel members!
As it's Easter our plugin maestro Rense has had time to develop another free plugin. This one is called LightShadow.

With it you can adapt separately the shadow, midtone and hightone areas of an image. Use it for B/W conversions, splittoning and image enhancement. You install the plugin in the normal way - i.e. copying the files to your Photoshop/Elements plugin directory. A PDF file is included to help explain some of the processing involved.

A usual please thank Rense best by posting your conversions on this forum (and giving him the odd Karma ).

Here's my first stab at using it after all of 5 minutes or so. It's quite a deep plugin as per usual from Rense, but one thing that impressed me immediately was how easy it is to do posterisation effects. Very yummy .

i'm not really down with this plugin...you can do the same thing using several other filters, or through a combination of filter + over saturation. when would you use this anyway?

It is the combination of setting three ranges of masks and convert them to B/W.
