Default Help with Batch Processing

I have an entire folder of full size raw images from my 20 D that I would like to:

Set levels
Shadow Highlight Adjustment
Resize to 800x600
Save as Low-Res jpg fpr web display.

I have CS2/Image Ready

Can someone guide me or point me to a tutorial on how I can batch process all these images quickly.

Thanks,

Check the image processor video
Under Adobe scripts
You would need to make actions and I am not sure I would would use shadow/highlights in a batch as it really is dependent on the individual photo.
