Hey Guys I need a Logo for my Pics

I see all with these cool Logos on their pics as watermarks etc. Where do I start need some help

Where to start? Perhaps with your signature, scan it, make a stamp / stencil for your favourite Editing program and start signing your pictures.

I can do that but need a creative Logo plus my signature is horrible

If you use Photoshop you can make a brush out of a signature (doesn't have to be your own, find an appealing font to create one) and then add that to each photo. You can resize the brush to match the photo size. As for the logo, I doubt anyone can help much with coming up with one without more info. It should correlate in some way with you, your photographs, and how you want to represent yourself in an icon. Whatever you do, don't make the mistake of having your logo and signature take over your photos--I've seen so many great images ruined by the person wanting their name splashed all over it, basically obscuring the photo they are so proud of. as a favour to you, I sent your request to our art department and they just had the perfect logo for you. If you don't like it, feel free to improve on it - although the art department will be pouting for a minute or two.

I have a similar question and would like to do something to protect copyright on my photos...I use Nero PhotoSnap for editing and don't see anywhere to add text of any kind. Is anyone familiar with this? Am I missing something? Or is there another program that can do that? (at this point preferably free! lol)
