Question Cab someone Post Edit for me?
I have been working on these first Communion pictures for days...The lighting is horrible and Noise, omg Noise, I have Elements 8 and well I hate post editing mainly because I am new and not that great at it, If anyone is willing to help me please let me know, we could discuss this...pm me please...I told the girl Id order em by Friday...omg someone save me lol...

You know, I am going to kill myself for saying this, but I am willing to TRY to help you. You need to send me the full res/full sized file though. You didn't show a photo, so I have no idea what I'm getting into, and even if I can help you at all.

Sounds like you charged for this job, or will be charging for photos. That is where it gets sticky for me. What if I make the photo look good and you get a zillion orders? Don't worry, I don't want any money, but will people then think you processed and shot the shot like that? If I help you, will you promise me that you will practice more before you charge?

I just bought a Manfrotto 055XPROB and 804R2 head. I have a cheap clone Fancier with a ballhead. Although the ball head can be handy sometimes, I felt it did not suit my style.
The manfrotto combi is highly recommended here in Europe.

Just curious about this request. You asked for help on noise here http://photocamel.com/forum/image-ed...se-please.html and now you admit you don't like or want to PP and hope someone will do the work for you. I guess it was the way I was raised but it sure is more compelling to help someone who has done all they can to help themselves first. We all need help at some time, but we learn nothing if we don't put in the effort first. Maybe I've got this wrong and if so please take it with a grain of salt.

Let me illuminate the OP some more for your edification:

less than 2 hours after her OP I communicated to her that I would need the hi-res originals to be able to see a) what would need to be done, and b) if I could do it. She promptly, within an hour, sent me the hi-res originals. So apparently she was keen on me, or whoever, to look at 'm and PP 'm if at all possible. I did. They were of a little girl in a white communion dress against a black background (...), and simply underexposed by about 2 to 3 stops. TBH they looked like a rank amateur's first attempt at something like this... Anyway, I pulled 'm up as well as possible, tweaked, denoised, and sharpened 'm. Then I sent 'm back to her: the originals, my edits, and a before-and-after slideshow. Around 180MB of data, if I remember right. All within a few hours of receiving them from her. I received confirmation that she downloaded 'm very soon thereafter.

She has yet to give a peep...

So maybe there is 'force majeure' involved, which prevented her to respond decently. And maybe she's just a spoilt, egotistical, whining, unpleasant, wannabe valley girl type, who clearly doesn't have a clue WTF she's doing, photography-wise.
