Default Can't view HDR Videos.....
I have downloaded the latest version of QT, and I still can not watch the HDR videos...sometimes when I try to play them a pop-up will appear and tell me that I may need a 3rd party app to play it. Then, it opens the apple sight for 3rd party apps, but I can't tell which one I would need.

I'm a PC. Vista PC. What do I need to do to be able to watch these videos?

I had the same problem. Download Firefox and try it in that browser. It worked awesome for me. Can't take the credit for this. Jay gave me this advice when I had the same problem.

Another way around this, If you don't need quicktime for anything else, delete it from your computer. Thats what I did and when I reopen the videos, they work in their own window that looks alot like a youtube window.

I have an iphone that relies on itunes for updates. Every time they release an itunes update, quicktime comes along for the ride, so it's a little tedious.

I think i'll start using firefox for viewing.
