Very nice! I generally do not care a lot for B&W images, but this one is an exception. Well done.

Very nice image. I can't help but feel that it lost something going to b/w, even though the conversion is very nice.

I do. The colors in the rocks are very nice and I like the reflection of the sky in the water. That reflection is muted in the b/w version.

I dunno... I'm a monochrome nut anyway, so this will probably reflect that... but I thought the way the B&W pulled a lot of the detail that was lost in the color - the natural bridge was one that I couldn't find easily in the color that jumped in the mono...
Thr coloration added a lot that was difficult to pick out in the mono (the bands of blue @ the hilltops, esp, in the reflection), but the other reminded me of, OK, honestly, some really fun times with a nikkormat in the eastern sierras shooting pan-x with some judicious filter and stopdown work... aeons ago. All in all it's a great conversion, and I really enjoyed it (and the memories it brought forth!!)... Sus |

So much more detail in the color version, guess you can figure which I prefer
. Great job on both versions Jackie. |

Jackie, I do like both versions, and no matter which I would prefer, they're tops.
I can only drool a little at this PP technique that as yet I have not explored. I d/loaded Topaz trial v.3 weeks ago but haven't spent enough time to see what I can do with it. __________________
