Default Topaz Opinion

I would like your opinion on these, one is the jpg file and one is adjusted using topaz, almost HDR like.
Thanks
Sam

Very nice PP work, great shot of the White House too. I think it's a bit too yellow though. Since you say image editing is OK, I did a color correction to remove the yellow cast to show you what I mean.

Yes I see what you are saying about the yellow, I agree, I just download the topaz and started playing with it a second ago.
Thanks

topaz is a fun software, I use it quite often, you really need to watch the noise and look for jpeg artifacts, look at the sky in the upper right hand corner in your first edit, it'll do funny things like that, so have fun with it but watch what it does

I just tried to use Topaz Adjust also. I like it. It seems a lot faster to get results then Photomatix. I don't know if I would use it all the time but for quick shots that you can't get the five shots needed for Photomatix.

Take a look at my thread in HDR to see what I did. I went way blown out for a cool effect of a "snapshot" on vacation.

Good tips! I also noticed I have to watch out for the halo. I see what you say about the jpeg artifacts

Thanks, I saw the one from your vacation, love the colors and it makes it pop!
