Yeah, That guy is good! He has some really good in-depth videos at Online Expert Training - account. Certainly worth checking out if you want to pay the subscription fee. There is also a bunch of other videos on that site for general photography tips which is great as well. I signed up for a few months and watched everything they had on photography. Good stuff
