I use Dynamic Photo HDR, I was using Photomatix but Photomatix just wasn't my cup of tea. I tehn send the image to CS3 to tweak a little more. I tend to gravitate towards Ben Wilmore's (The Best of Ben: The Photography of Ben Willmore) style of HDR. I also never use AEB to do HDR, I found that most people tend to have issue using their AEB, I know I did. So what I do is I use my Highlights histogram to see where the "whitest" part of my image is. I use manual mode and set me aperature to my desired setting. I then adjust my shutter speed to the "lowest" possible speed without seeing any "blinkies" in my picture. I then adjust my shutter speed accordingly until my entire picture is almost blinking white. This way I usually have 5 shots and all perfectly exposed for the highlights and shadows. I hope that made sense....
