Nice shots. I like the 2nd one more because of contrast.

thanks...I did consciously make the second one with more contrast and do like it better than the first myself. But, I want to find that fine line where it's right on the border between realistic with a hair of .....more contrast, and brightness....and that subtle hint of hdr. Plan to present a picture to the properietor's of some of these shops, and other locations, as a kind of promotion. But, I have yet to print out any of these and am curious how they will look; have you printed any of your coastal hdr's? Any pointers on printing them out?

First of all, great shots. I took some HDRs to the local photo lab and they came out very nice. The girl running the machine and her coworker were quick to ask about them as they hadn't seen photos like that before. 2 more converts to photocamel...

phrounds; I"m using raw therapee, photomatix and ps. I'm really still learning and can only suggest that if you are interested you read, observe, view the tutorials here on photocamel, ask questions and of course experiment...
