Used Jay's 5 min tutorial to do this one. Used jpegs and it was hand held..

The composition is very nice. The framing of the left trees and the sky and grass pulls your eyes to your subject. The only thing that I really notice is that the white color of the house has a bluish tint to it which could easily be corrected to PS.
