Anybody have any suggetsions on a tutorial? Something you might be interested to learn about HDR in particular??
I think the processing tutorials are pretty good, but perhaps some of you want more detail on a particular aspect of the processing? Maybe some help with the camera set-up? More in depth Photoshop techniques? More advanced stuff like masking in photoshop? If you have any thoughts or suggestions just post them here or send me a PM if you would rather and I'll put something together Thanks, Jay __________________

Paht, There are several tutorials at the top of this section already on how to process HDR images. Are you referring to how to set your camera?
Thanks, Jay |

Yes, camera set up help, Pleaaase. Like how do you know how many exposures to use and how many stops apart? Obviously, the range of each scene is different. How do you always get such perfect results? that's what I want to know
PS is another ball of wax but if there is some specific trick that you want to share, i'm all ears. Oops, just read what Jfrancho said so I guess i'm repeating him.==Judy |

Personally, I like to use 1 stop increments. That means that if the brightest exposure (the shadows exposure) is 8 stops slower than the darkest exposure (the highlights exposure) then you'll need 9 files, each a stop apart. Sometimes I resort to 2 stop increments. Since I usually manually set the exposure increment in Photomatix (I use 16 bit tiffs) its easy to remember the interval if its consistent.
