Beautiful shot Garren. Love the colors and water ,although the water does look very blue on the edge. I'm guessing that is part of the pp but I love the look of the colors.

Dakota and I lived in S. New York for 20 plus years. Originally from N.D. and have lived in several states as well.

Garren,

Depends on how far you want to to back. My Dutch ancestors go back to when New York was New Amsterdam in 1628 or so. Their house and tavern was across the street from the Trinity Church.

For Laycey and I though, we moved first to NJ for a couple of months when I was first hired by BMW. We then moved to Warwick, NY for a few years then Sugar Loaf, NY. Had a short 5 year tour in Northern Kentucky then back to NY at Middletown. We sold our home there in this year, purchased the truck and RV and have been on the road since March.

Hope to see ya this summer!

Really cool composition Garren, I love what you've done with colours, the saturation looks spot on. Allow me a small nit, if you will, I seem to want the shadows underneath the trees in the top left to be just a touch darker, it would probably be to much extra work to achieve but I think it would add just a bit more drama.(well that's just my 2c)

The smooth water ripples & splashes denote long exposure, but still you managed to maintain the sun light between the trees from over exposure.. Well done
