I want to ask which sky is the best?

The sky is so "strong" in #2 that it draws the eye away from the main subjext. So, I would choose #1.

But use those nik sliders and tone down Detail Extractor a bit and you might get the winning #3!

very nice compo, but, as said by others, I prefer the sky in the first pic.
Would even desat the sky and work on the halo's.
as a compo it is a winner
