Ah, yeah, sure!

Is it one of those bright yellow things with circles in the center? You know, the kind we don"t have in the USA?

To buy this item sets you back about $20 (could be a bit more, depending on where you shop).
You can hold it easily in one hand, but sometimes it takes as many as three people to use it!

A Tug Wise Reel management system---for pulling wire?

A perfect circle cutter for drywall?

Most assuredly, it's a tool! As old as the Greeks, the masters! Just lost favor amongst us idiots that use "laser" for everything, and pay too much in the process! If you're in the "trades", this is an item you rely on. Carpenters, roofers, some plumbers. It's in every kit, whether used or not!
