Not as a desired output but it does get warm.
It doesn't light up.
It is completely silent.

Unless y'all want to guess what the function of the card is, we have a winner! Over to Morgan....

It's a computer memory module. For me, the toughest part of this GTCU was finding a section of the image that didn't tell all right away!
