Fun game: Post your 50mm photos taken on the 1st august of 2007
On the first of august 2007, put a lens (either prime or zoom) on your camera, that enables you to set it to 50mm and take photos.
Upload them (please keep the exif info intact) in this thread. On the third of august I will give a karma point to the best image. __________________

wrong on both parts mr. P. Quality is measured by MTF charts, and I do make color photos.

I assume there is no 'adjustment' required for 'cropped' (1.3x, 1.5x or 1.6x) or full frame (35mm) cameras, it's the focal length of the lens rather than the field of view...?

nope no adjustment (had a whole discussion with fellows overhere on how to do it. Brian came through with an idea of making it simple).
So just 50mm focal length, happy snapping and posting overhere. |

OK Rense,
Having arrived home from work today I thought I would go straight for the shot that appeals to your Dutch pride. A photo of the front of my house. I'm going out later once the sun goes down, but to get the ball rolling (exif embedded in photo):  As an expat Aussie living in The Netherlands, I'm more than happy to flash a bit of oranje out the front of the house (plus the house came with the shades) because I absolutely love the place.
