Not sure where y'all had these posted, but my father was interested in how to do it. I did this real quick. I know there is room for improvement, but for 5 minutes it looked OK. Done in Photo Impact.

The picture of the snowboarder is my second cousin. His friend took the photo and I made it out of bounds.
This one is a pic my son took while he was in south africa...I made it into an out of bounds and used it as my desk top. I think I have about 4 I've done in total. I can't afford anything but free programs so it is a challange.
