I don't remember the telephones being crank. Our one had a rotary dial though.
Didn't have a party line either.

I do remember having to shake the milk, and you can still get non homogenized milk that still needs shaking sometimes (not often though!).

The car before my last one didn't have aircon. It wasn't as popular here until the last ten years or so.

Handwritten letters, written mathematics (no calculator) Life without the internet, film cameras (you had your films sent away for developing). Shops closed early Christmas eve, nothing open Christmas day/Boxing day/Good Friday. Bus conductors. Will probably think of a lot more

Yes - typewriters, printing by stencil. Early computers with DOS - no graphics
