Talking Fuji S3 Shutter Count?

Any chance to figure out a way to determine the
shutter count on the S3?

I've been trying various software (EXIF) programs, but, doesn't seem to be able to read the shutter count on the S3...?

Any help..?

Thanks-
God Bless,
Ed

there is no way. the fuji s2 and 3 counts pics in folders. its starts with folder 000 and will count from 0-9999. so at 10,000 it makes folder 001 and starts back at 0. if the previous owner never set it to count then you will never know

correct on the dp forum. for shutter count look at the file name. if its been reset its will start at dscf0001. look at the memord and the folder structure to see if has talen more then 10,000
