Default Alternative AC Power transfomer for S2?

I'm having some difficulty finding the above Ac transformer in the UK and I'm therefore considering the possibility of using a third party (non Fuji) AC transformer, Would it be safe to use an alternative, or are the Fuji transformers superior.

Fuji doesn't make their own transformers, they buy them according to the spec. they specify.
You can use third party transformers as long as the voltage AND amperage are the same as the original.
