Certainly gives the impression of speed. I notice this was taken with your E-330. Was it taken the 'traditional' way via the viewfinder, or is it possible to track and capture shots like this via the Live view?

I think for this one I used the view finder. You can use the live view to an extent but there's a bit of a lag. If you learn to compensate for that I think you can do it- however, the main problem is when live view mode A is on, the focusing can take longer at times.. so I was using the view finder.
